Thanks for the reply Stu.
I do see how creating a separate level for each member might be an option if the membership is fairly small. But, this application which involves personal fitness training will likely involve over 100 members fairly quickly.

So, my concern is starting with an approach that may initially work when there are 25 members, but then needs to be replaced by some other solution once it grows much beyond that.

With all of the personal coaching / training and virtual courses being offered, I imagine there must be a solution tailored to this exact need, but so far it's been difficult to find. If anyone is aware of something (even outside of Wordpress) I'd be very appreciative.

Hi Stu

I liked your site design so much that I stole most of it.

I noticed (while I copi... got inspiration from your site) that you have all internal links nofollowed. And that this page is meta tagged as noindex, nofollow.

Did you accidentally hit the "hide me from Google" button in wordpress or is it just an advanced SEO strategy? :)

I don't personally know of any plugins that will allow you to have the one-on-one conversation/instructions you are looking to have with your individual members.

However, if you have less than 30 members (say it's a high level coaching program), then I would just create a membership level specific to each person.

Then you can begin doing all the customization you want.

All the best.

Hi Stu,
I was hoping you might respond to my previous inquiry about a plug-in feature.

Very cool Stu. And thanks Scott for posting your detailed list.

Stu, with regards to your Wishlist Member plugin, I am wondering if there is support for the following.

I want to create an online coaching/training site in which not only may there be the different membership levels that members may belong to, but I also want to be able to have an individual dialog page with each member. So, when that member logins in, they can click on a page or link and see any personal instructions or feedback that I may wish to leave for them about their individual progress, etc. They should be able to ask me questions or post results or answers to questions that I ask. Basically, it would be like a private thread (or blog page with replies) between the coach (site admin) and each individual member.

So, if this type of functionality is available in Wishlist Member or if anyone knows of an additional plug-in that could accomplish this creation of a personal dashboard/thread page for each member (not just membership level), I'd love to hear about it.

Thank you, Stu. I love and use WooThemes, thanks to you and these plugins are excellent for my other WP sites! I put your link for this post on Productivity Strategies Fan Page too, since many of YOUR fans hang out there as well. :)
