Thanks for both of you being willing to help others and taking action. You are correct; we are richly blessed and need to be good stewards.

Saying that, only by putting yourself in the middle of your contribution will you really be certain you are using you time, talents or money the wisest way possible.

You also noted that you felt inspired with their creativity which show the value of giving … it gives back more than the value you give. Again, my opinion is you must engage to a level higher than writing a check to get the return.
