I like Alice a lot and she always produces very good content. Building a business can be tough in the beginning - just because there is such a learning curve. However, the good news is, most people are a lot closer to "making it" than they realize. Sometimes all you need is a nudge in the right direction and someone to answer those naggy questions that hold you back. I just started my own VA business earlier this year and while there's a ton of information out there, its always hard to decide which ones are worth paying for and finding programs or tools that are reasonably priced. I've been relying on free resources like VANetworking.com (http://www.vanetworking.com) which has a free membership, and blogs like Lynn Terry's and Alice Seba's to get the support and information to help me market my business on a very small budget.
