The other thing to do is back up the digital version of your passwords as well.  They are all located in "My Documents" --&gt; "My Roboform Data".

Just make sure you save that folder to an external hard drive and then that way if you move computers you just simply transfer that folder over and you're all set!

I have used this tool for over a year now, and it has saved my behind more than once.  

One great freature is the printable password list.  You need to print out your passwords and keycodes about once a month and put it in a safe place.  A hard copy will save you endless hours of frustration when your hard drive crashes...and they always do sooner or later.  Trust me on this...It's worth the few bucks.
