The other thing to do is back up the digital version of your passwords as well.  They are all located in &quot;My Documents&quot; --&gt; &quot;My Roboform Data&quot;.

Just make sure you save that folder to an external hard drive and then that way if you move computers you just simply transfer that folder over and you&#039;re all set!

One great freature is the printable password list.  You need to print out your passwords and keycodes about once a month and put it in a safe place.  A hard copy will save you endless hours of frustration when your hard drive crashes...and they always do sooner or later.  Trust me on this...It&#039;s worth the few bucks.
