When I jumped from project to project, my mind was flapping, and my wallet was empty. These days I work on one project at a time, and don't start the next until the first is up and running, and making money. That might take a little longer than I'd hoped, but by working on just one project, I know I'm putting my best effort into it, and it will be the absolute best I can make it. The result has been a horde of 'hungry' buyers who are eagerly awaiting for me to finish the next project.
