You see retail stores do this all the time in an effort to get you “in the store”.

They’ll tie their marketing into annual events or holidays because it gives them a good “reason” to create a new promotion.

However, you rarely see online entrepreneurs do this.

Why?

Not sure.

But it can be very effective because it gives you another reason to connect with your customers and prospects.

Sometimes I come across things in business and smack my head in disbelief that something so obvious would go unnoticed (I’ll share a recent example in a minute).
